Shipping Policies
We attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, however normal expected ship time for in stock items is within 5 – 10 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time may vary according to your UPS Zone. If an Item is "out of stock", you will be notified and the item will be placed on backorder to be shipped immediately upon arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control such as Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items will require additional shipping time.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before the delivery times indicated, please e-mail us with your requirements, so that we can ship appropriately to meet your needs.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE discounts. If the order is under 3 lbs. we will ship via FEDEX Ground, if it is 3 lbs. or over, the order will be shipped via UPS Ground.
Canada Shipping
The normal ground mode total shipping charge for any order to Canada will be $17.50, regardless of order size.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering for an accurate shipping cost.
TAXES
Terryair.com does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed for delivery outside of Texas. If your order will be delivered within the state of Texas, we must charge Texas Sales tax.

Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced, no questions asked or if requested, a refund will be issued. Please call if you have a defective item and the 30 days has passed, we'll work with you to make it right.
